Michael Kapandais – Principal and Sr. Broker

Mike has been involved in the employee benefits business since 1994. He has extensive background in association plans dating back to 1995. He also has experience in working with large corporations as well as smaller groups, whether they are inured or self funded. He also is a certified long term care specialist.

Mike is past president of the Monmouth/Ocean New Jersey Health Underwriters’ Association and sits on the board, as broker at large, of the New Jersey State Health Underwriters’ Association. During meetings of the National Association of Health Underwriters’ in Washington D.C., he has brought his health insurance concerns and ideas to our lawmakers on a national level.

Mike is active in his community. He is past treasurer of the Kiwanis Daybreak and still remains a contributing member of the organization. He also volunteers his time at Ocean of Love, aiding families there with any health insurance problems that they may have. He lives in Toms River, New Jersey with his wife, Judith, and their 3 children.
